ATS Brussels, based in Ternat and a subsidiary of the multidisciplinary technology group ATS Group, headquartered in Merelbeke, was honored at the Atlas Copco Airpower Supplier Awards 2020. The awards, organized by Atlas Copco, recognize the most important suppliers in the supply chain of their Business Divisions. In line with their corporate strategy, they value their suppliers worldwide who have shown exceptional performance within a specific supply chain sector.

ATS Brussels was declared winner in the category "Operational Excellence" during the virtual award ceremony. ATS Brussels was selected for its leadership of the KANBAN system whereby a far-reaching implementation is realized with Atlas Copco's procurement systems and where control over all inbound and outbound parts for the production of electrical cabinets is shared across the Atlas Copco network. This way of working creates a better overview for Atlas Copco and a stronger connection between ATS Brussels and Atlas Copco's production lines.
