For the HR department of ATS Group, we are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our team in Merelbeke.
Function
As an employee within the HR team, you will work closely with colleagues in payroll, legal, learning & development and recruitment. You independently manage and process payroll files of a number of subsidiaries and maintain contact with the respective managers. The final processing is done by the social secretariat. After thorough checking, you pass on all data to them.
The administrative follow-up is also in your hands - think about contract proposals, insurance files, vacation arrangements, parental leave, time credit... You are ready to answer the most diverse questions of colleagues - questions that come to you through all kinds of channels (face-to-face, by phone, via e-mail, ...).
In addition, you act as backup for your colleagues and are able to take on their duties for shorter periods of time.
Profile

- You are flexible and always put collegiality (!) first.
- You like to bite into a subject and work your cases meticulously.
- You are entrepreneurial, critical and eager to learn. You think about the what and why in your various tasks.
- You can easily switch between different software programs.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
- You have at least a bachelor's degree and basic knowledge / strong interest in social legislation.
- You already have several years of relevant work experience.
