To support the growth of ATS Group, we are recruiting for an IT Support Associate.

Function

• As an IT Support employee you are responsible for the complete IT support of your colleagues at ATS Group. You are the first point of contact for our users in case of hardware and software questions or problems. You guide the users in a customer-friendly way in answering their questions. You identify recurring problems and discuss these with your colleagues in order to find qualitative and permanent solutions.
• You will provide complete endpoint management: installation, configuration and maintenance of PCs, laptops, thin clients, tablets, smartphones, peripherals and applications. You install and configure peripherals such as printers and (hand) scanners.
• You maintain the hardware (OS, BIOS, firmware, ...) and software with the latest versions, updates and patches.
• You participate in the administration, documentation and optimisation. You manage user accounts (from the start of new employees to their departure) and their access rights to the various networks, servers, devices and applications.
• You manage and maintain the hardware inventory. You contribute to the development of manuals and procedures. You think along on the improvement of our IT processes, the general service provision and the quality of IT within the organisation.

Profile

• You are eager to learn and are given the space to expand your practical knowledge hands-on.
• You are a problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• You are customer-oriented and easy to communicate with.
• You can work independently and set the right priorities.
• You have completed an education within IT or you have relevant knowledge. You have a good basic knowledge and/or experience of Windows domains, Windows OS (W10 and W11), iOS, Office applications, Office 365 Cloud and networks (including LAN, Wireless, TCP/IP)
• Knowledge and/or experience of the SCCM and Intune management tools are an asset.
