But of course, everything starts with a good design. After all, a good design can save you a lot of trouble later on. Modifications cost more, are less well adapted to the customer's needs and therefore often less efficient.
Therefore, we believe it is important to take the necessary time to understand the customer's wishes and needs.
Despite rapidly evolving technology, we often still find old machines. Understandable, these machines have proven themselves over the years and why would you discard something that works well. But what about the safety of these old machines? Often, they no longer comply with the current and stricter safety requirements.
By means of a risk inventory - evaluation (RI&E), we analyse the safety of a machine, installation or even a machine park for you and make improvement proposals in order to raise technical safety to a higher level.
This inventory is the foundation of every machine or installation. With our expertise, we map out the risks of your installation or machine. We give these risks a score in order to implement the best risk reduction.
At the end of the analysis, the residual risks are listed. For this, we always use the EN ISO 12100 standard.
