For a customer in the chemical sector Marganne by ATS realised a palletiser for drums (after filling).

In this project, Marganne by ATS transported the drums on modular conveyors to a robot pick-up zone with a gripper. The drums were then stacked on different layers on a pallet. This transport was provided with alignment, orientation, labelling, etc.

Afterwards, the pallets were filmed and transported on roller conveyors equipped with access control devices.

To minimise assembly and commissioning time, the tests were carried out in Marganne's workshop using a remote IO unit with integrated solenoid valves. The electrical wiring was also carried out in the workshop.
