Our site in the port of Ghent is already a real winner as a CO2-neutral building. As icing on the cake, parent company Luminus is currently building a wind turbine there. Once operational, this wind turbine will produce 13,000 MWh of green energy every year, which represents an annual saving of 3,700 tons of CO2. In this way, we are happy to contribute to the green energy transition.

Recently, a group of ATS colleagues along with employees from neighboring Castrol were able to visit the site. As you can see from the photos, the scale of the parts is downright impressive. By the way, construction is progressing on wheels: meanwhile, the superstructure has started. So the startup of the wind turbine is getting closer and closer!
