A.T.S. nv has taken a majority stake in BVBA De Mulder. De Mulder, based in Gavere, has more than 65 years of experience in a wide variety of electrical installations. Its offer includes panel building, building management, lighting, data supply, security, high-voltage cabinets, energy monitoring and charging facilities.

The company completes projects for industrial buildings, schools, office buildings, hospitals, nursing homes and others.

This majority participation will allow ATS and De Mulder to provide an even broader service in the future.
