On June 1, 2025, Hendrik Aelbrecht, co-CEO of ATS Group, will retire after an impressive career of almost 40 years at ATS. We would like to sincerely thank Hendrik for his years of dedication and valuable contribution to the growth and development of ATS Group. We wish him all the best in this new phase of his life.

The succession is already ready: Filip De Bruyne, who has been active within ATS Groep for almost 30 years, will take over the torch from Hendrik. From 1 June 2025, Filip De Bruyne and Chris Corijn will jointly take on the role of co-CEO and determine the further course of ATS Groep.

We have consciously opted for internal follow-up to ensure the continuity of our policy and to maintain the unique DNA of ATS Group.

Filip De Bruyne's current position as BU Manager Electrical Solutions will be filled by Alexander Kerkhof and Jeroen Van Spaendonck, who will take on this role together.
