Function
As a Warehouse Shipping Specialist (EU), you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently organizing all outbound shipments within Europe. You will combine operational warehouse tasks with administrative follow-up and work with Microsoft Dynamics on a daily basis. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries in accordance with applicable quality and transportation standards.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing goods for shipment.
- Checking incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Packaging and labeling in accordance with the appropriate guidelines.
- Preparing and processing shipping documents.
- Processing orders and shipments in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collaborating with carriers and internal departments.
- Working with scanning systems and warehouse software.
Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse setting with a focus on shipping.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- A deep understanding of logistics processes and EU transport flows.
- Highly accurate, organized, and responsible.
- You can work independently and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Hands-on with a critical eye for processes.
- A forklift operator's license is a plus.
