Gezel - Buggenhout
Subsidiary Gezel from Buggenhout is looking for an intern to support the marketing and communications team. You will join us for a certain period of time and support the functioning of the team in different areas. You will work together with the marketing manager on various ongoing projects and help launch new initiatives. We adapt the tasks to your strengths and the requirements of your training.
Please note that internships are only available starting in the fall of 2026 (starting in September 2026 or later).
What does your day look like?
You will discuss communication priorities with the marketing manager and company management, and create a clear schedule of your own tasks. You prepare content, propose a communication planning and put the necessary things into action. You actively search for interesting material for our online and physical promotion and actively support customer acquisition and retention. You will have ownership of projects in which you can participate from A to Z, with the necessary support and guidance.
You'll help maintain Gezels websites and socials, shape visuals or edit videos you shoot yourself. Marketing tools are a playground for you. You'll also rotate into our project preparation team where you'll get in touch with the radar work behind our HVAC projects. This gives you an idea on how the company works, but also allows you to empathize with the work day of colleagues and customers. You will engage with our team to discover new opportunities.
In short: you will become the right hand of our marketing manager and provide an original perspective!
Your profile?
- You are studying marketing, communications or a related course so you already have some skills to support the team
- You are eager to learn and have a sense of initiative
- You can also work independently and receive support as needed. You work well with the various stakeholders.
- You are a good communicator. Both internally and externally you can communicate clearly and transparently.
- Buggenhout is easily accessible to you.
- Plus points:
- You can work with Adobe applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere
- You can handle photography and video
- Sporadic administrative tasks do not scare you (Excel holds few secrets for you)
