To support the growth of ATS Group, we are hiring a Recruitment Lead.

Function

As Recruitment Lead, you play a key role in developing and implementing ATS Group’s recruitment policy. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and serve as the link between the Business Units, Recruitment, and HR.

  • You ensure smooth day-to-day operations and actively support the recruitment process: from recruitment and selection to onboarding.
  • The role combines operational administrative tasks with coordination, communication, and support for HR/Recruitment.
  • You identify managers' hiring needs and, in consultation with the recruiters, translate these into targeted job postings and initiatives.
  • You coordinate and lead a team of recruiters, and know how to motivate them to make high-quality, long-term hires.
  • You will map out the process flow, monitor the processes, and optimize them where possible.
  • You will ensure the quality and consistency of the selection interviews and the follow-up process for candidates.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues in HR & Communications to jointly optimize the entire "employee journey."
  • You will actively contribute to the continued professionalization of recruitment within the ATS Group.

You will report to the HR Manager.

Profile

  • You have a master’s degree. A degree in business psychology is a plus.
  • You have several years of experience in assessment and recruitment within a corporate setting.
  • The fascinating world of technology and innovation really captivates you, and you’re able to accurately assess complex profiles.
  • You combine strong organizational skills with a flexible, pragmatic approach. You are able to switch easily between the micro and macro levels.
  • You have a hands-on approach, are solution-oriented, and aren’t afraid to think outside the box.
  • Dedication, a sense of responsibility, and discretion—you guarantee these qualities.
  • You are a true team player who believes in collaboration and shared success.
  • As a manager, you identify with servant leadership.

  • Experience in a managerial role is required.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch. In addition, you have a good knowledge of French and English.
