To support the growth of ATS Group, we are hiring a (Technical) Recruitment Officer to join our recruitment team at our headquarters in Merelbeke.

Function

As a Recruitment Officer, you’ll work closely with managers from various departments. Based on the information you gather from them, you’ll search for the right candidates.

• Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for selecting and recruiting candidates who are a good fit for ATS’s culture, the role, and the team. This includes technicians, project managers, engineers, and professionals in IT, logistics, procurement, finance, and other fields.
• Once they’ve been hired, you’ll help with their onboarding and support them throughout their careers.
• If you’re interested, you’ll eventually have the opportunity to explore a wide range of other HR activities, such as testing and assessments, training, workplace well-being, student support, HR software, maintaining and strengthening our ties with the education sector, and more…

Profile

• We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology or another humanities- or business-related field. Ideally, you will have some relevant work experience.
• A technical degree or an interest in technology is a plus, but not required.
• Like the other members of our team, you have an interest in people, psychology, and how these relate to business operations.
• Communication, integrity, a focus on people and their well-being, and continuous learning and growth are some of the recurring themes within this department.
• You place a high priority on discretion because you handle sensitive information.
