Project manager

Autrosystems NV is a fast growing company specialising in the distribution, study, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Autronica fire detection systems. Autronica is a Norwegian manufacturer of high-tech fire detection and fire protection systems, of which we are the exclusive distributor in Belgium. Our activities are mainly in the industrial and tertiary sectors, but we are also active in the public sector. Autrosystems NV is part of the ATS group, which in turn is part of Luminus (EDF).

Job description

As a Project Manager at Autrosystems NV you will join a young and dynamic team and you will take full responsibility for projects from A to Z. You will be supported by enthusiastic colleagues who are all passionate about their profession. Tasks

  • Creation of design in accordance with the applicable standards
  • Planning, coordinating and managing the project team; consisting of technicians and subcontractors
  • Managing and supervising the timely delivery of materials
  • Supervising the proper execution and smooth running of projects by monitoring and controlling the work carried out
  • Monitoring and enforcing workplace safety guidelines and legislation
  • Attending project meetings
  • The complete handling of project administration including quotation, ordering, post calculation, invoicing, turnover and result
  • Completion of the project
  • Regularly meet with the customer and act as primary contact for questions or comments
  • Actively thinking about process improvement or general points of improvement within the team

Profile

  • You have at least a technical Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
  • You speak and understand Dutch fluently and you can manage in French and English.
  • You are enthusiastic, ambitious and have an affinity with electrical engineering.
  • You are a team player and get satisfaction from good cooperation.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and are immune to stress.
  • You can work independently.
  • You have knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word and are willing to learn to use new software.
  • You are prepared to immerse yourself in the world of fire detection and protection and want to follow the necessary training courses for this.
