Ninove

To support the growth of ATS Group, we are recruiting a Project Manager for the Security Department for the company De Jonge Luc nv in Ninove. De Jonge Luc nv is a stable, dynamic, growing company specialized in general electricity works, data cabling, home automation and security.

Function

• You will be responsible for the daily operational operation of the Security team consisting of 5 colleagues.
• You will ensure that all sites are prepared and scheduled and comply with specific laws and regulations.
• You ensure optimal planning and adjust it after each new input. In doing so, you always look for a good balance between efficiency and customer requirements.
• You will coordinate/support the project leaders and technicians within your team in their daily activities and coach as needed. 
• You briefly monitor technical trends in the market and adjust our offerings to customers as needed.
• You are responsible for final inspection and delivery of bids according to the agreements made within the project to be delivered.
• You will ensure, together with your colleagues, that all works are carried out according to the necessary safety standards.
• You will report directly to the CEO Luc De Jonge.

Profile

• You have technical knowledge and experience within the installation of fire detection, camera surveillance, videophone and intrusion security.
• You are communicatively strong, customer-focused, a team player with a healthy dose of ownership,
• You can (re)manage, motivate, resolve conflicts, think strategically, have an eye for detail, ...
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch (both spoken and written).
• You can present the necessary certificates of competency and certifications required within the industry.
