Insaver, a subsidiary of ATS Group and based in Houthalen-Helchteren (Limburg), is currently recruiting a prevention consultant. Insaver specializes in solar panels, battery systems and charging solutions. 

Function

In the position of Prevention Advisor, you are part of the SHEQ department and closely follow the legislation on well-being and give advice on this to the managers of the various departments of a service company. In addition, you are the point of contact on matters concerning safety, well-being and environmental policy both internally and externally and work closely with various stakeholders, ranging from own employees, managers and prevention officers at subsidiaries of the ATS Group.

Your specific duties will include:

• You follow, implement and monitor compliance with all kinds of regulations, including legal reporting (drawing up annual action plan and global prevention plan, contacts with and reports from inspection bodies, occupational health service, external prevention service, etc.);
• You and your team coach the environment to consciously work safely, for this you also go out to the sites;
• You keep all relevant and necessary records of your activities;
• You will assist in the preparation of risk assessments;
• You will continue to maintain your knowledge by attending trainings and seminars.

Profile

For the position of Prevention Consultant, you recognize yourself in the qualities listed below:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree;
• You hold the Level 1 or Level 2 Prevention Consultant certificate with experience in safety and environmental duties;
• You have experience with management systems such as VCA**, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001;
• You are approachable, have a strong personality and have good coaching skills;
• Enterprising, pragmatic working as a team player is your credo;
• Dutch, French and English are no problem for you;
• You have a driving licence B.
