As a Welder - Mechanic, you will be working in the mechanical engineering department (ATS Mechatronics, Langerbruggekaai 15, 9000 Gent) of ATS Group.

Occasionally there is an assembly or welding assignment at customers' premises. Exceptionally, this assignment is abroad.

Your responsibilities

As a welder, you specialize in the functional and durable joining of steel, stainless steel or aluminum.
You work on various welding assemblies where precision and craftsmanship are your strengths. Your workpieces can often be found in the construction of the machine.
You are responsible for assembly work based on technical drawings.
Your precise assembly and flawlessly finished welds are tailored to the field in which the machine is used: food, chemicals, automotive, logistics, etc.
There is variation between piece and series work.

Profile

• You have received welding training and have several years of experience in structural welding.
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch.
• You are in possession of a driver's license B.
• You work independently.
• You have an eye for safety.
• You are a true team player and help your colleagues where you can.
