Westelec is responsible for the study and implementation of industrial installation. In addition, they are also responsible for data cabling, fire detection, intrusion protection, access control,...

For our subsidiary, Westelec, we are currently looking for an electrical engineering site manager.

Function

As a site manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team. You will ensure efficient planning, achievement of targets and ensuring quality and safety on site.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising a team of employees. You are the manager of a team on site.
• Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• You will manage electricians, troubleshoot problems, process data within certain deadlines, place orders internally to the warehouse.
• You can process data and practically transform it into an objective for your team members (plans, sign diagrams, technical drawings,...).
• You will be in close contact with the project manager.
• You ensure that safety instructions and procedures on site are known and followed.

Profile

• You have an education in industrial electricity.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have strong leadership and communication skills.
• You have knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• You are problem solving and stress resistant.
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality.
• You have a technical understanding and are able to solve technical problems independently.
• You work in a structured manner and possess the necessary sense of responsibility.
