We are currently looking for asite supervisor/electrical foreman for our subsidiary, Westelec.

Function

You are responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of electricians on various industrial and commercial projects. As a site supervisor, you not only have strong organizational skills, but you also roll up your sleeves and get to work. You actively participate on the job site and support your team in carrying out the electrical installations.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

• The planning and coordination of work at the construction site.
• Leading, guiding, and motivating your team.
• Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Tracking materials and deliveries.
• Communication with customers, subcontractors, and other parties involved at the construction site.
• Performing limited administrative tasks and monitoring construction sites.
• Reporting to the project manager.

Profile

• You must have at least a TSO diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• You have experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor on a construction site or as a foreman.
• You have strong technical skills and enjoy staying actively involved in the execution of the work.
• You're a true team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You work in an organized, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner.
• You have a driving licence B.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
