APS nv is looking for a calculator for both our Merelbeke and Lokeren departments.

Function

As a calculator at APS nv, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and calculating the cost price of our projects in general electricity and network cabling. You will support the project managers by making accurate calculations and following up on price requests.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• You analyze specifications and plans.
• You will prepare detailed quotations and price calculations.
• You request quotes from suppliers and compare them.
• You calculate material costs, man-hours and work hours for subcontractors.
• You will work with project management to efficiently prepare projects.
• You actively think about optimizations in price and execution.
• You ensure that transferred files are complete and correct.

Profile

• You have a technical degree in a direction electro or electromechanics.
• Experience as an estimator or in a similar technical position is a plus.
• You have a good knowledge of Excel and Word. Knowledge of QuickDevis is a plus.
• You are numerically strong and work accurately.
• You are structured, responsible and enjoy working as part of a team.
