Function
Would you like to grow in a commercial and technical role where customer service and structure go hand in hand? As Assistant Key Account Manager HVAC, you will support our Key Account Managers in following up on small and medium-sized customers. You will ensure that files are followed up correctly, communication runs smoothly, and everything is taken care of down to the last detail.
You will have the opportunity to gradually familiarize yourself with the role of Key Account Manager. You will build up technical knowledge and learn how to translate customer expectations into accurate administration and clear agreements. Experience in HVAC is not a requirement, but a willingness to learn and take on responsibility within the team is.
What does your day look like?
- Supporting customer communication in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager
- Tracking and processing work orders
- Preparing quotations under supervision
- Documenting installation data and customer agreements
- Follow up on customer appointments
- Correctly compiling and managing installation files
- Ensuring accurate administrative processing in the service tool
- Help ensure that everything runs smoothly, correctly, and professionally for the customer.
Your profile?
You are at the start of your career or already have several years of experience in a supporting commercial or administrative role. You do not yet need to manage technical files independently, but you are a quick learner and easily absorb new information. An interest in technology is more important than prior technical knowledge; experience with HVAC materials is a plus, but not a must.
You work accurately and are service-oriented, communicating clearly and reliably, both internally and with customers. Administration does not deter you: you understand the importance of correct file creation and carefully follow agreements and processes. You are eager to learn, enjoy working with colleagues, and feel comfortable in a role where support and teamwork are central.
You live in the greater Buggenhout area (within a 30-minute radius) and would like to work locally.
