Gezel - Buggenhout
Subsidiary Gezel based in Buggenhout is looking for an administrative assistant with experience in the construction industry. Gezel 's projects are both large and small, but all require accurate preparation and support. Our project team is looking for support in the form of an administrative assistant who can think along technically. Together with the project leaders and team administration, you will work on the projects from quotation to final completion, dividing tasks among yourselves based on personal strengths.
Function
You prepare quotations based on our in-house engineering and drawing work, request prices from suppliers and calculate the optimal proposal. When the order is placed, the project preparation starts: you help choose the right materials, calculate what is needed, compare prices and provide technical information to the customer.
Our site teams can count on you. You help manage the administrative side of the site and provide them with the necessary briefings and plans. You are in contact with mechanics, technicians, suppliers, subcontractors and the customer to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We conclude a Well Done project with correct invoicing and an as-built file. This gives the client a clear understanding of the installation and our work.
Profile
- You are an administrative talent with technical acumen. Knowledge of the HVAC industry and/or construction acumen are pluses
- You live in the broad region of Buggenhout (within a 30-minute radius) and would like to work locally
- Dedication, eagerness to learn and open communication are your assets
- You have organizational talent and enough assertiveness to supervise projects. You know how to get down to business!
