Public charging infrastructure ATS Group

Public charging infrastructure ATS Group - internal regulations

These general terms and conditions were drawn up to make the use of this charging infrastructure as easy and pleasant as possible for all users.

We therefore hope that every user will abide by these agreements and that we will not be forced to tighten our terms and conditions.

These terms and rates are subject to change at any time.

The use of the charging infrastructure of A.T.S. S.A. implies that the driver agrees to the general terms and conditions as defined below:

1. The car park and associated charging infrastructure is owned by A.T.S. nv and is publicly opened for charging electric vehicles.

2. There are 2 types of charging stations:

  • AC charging poles of 22Kw (or 2 x 11kW if several are charging at the same pole)
  • DC charging poles or fast chargers of 120kW (or 2 x 60 kW if several are charging at the same pole)

The capacities listed are maximums. These powers may be limited by the "load balancing system" if the total available power is reached. In that case, the charging time will therefore be longer than normal. Here priority is given to the DC charging poles.

3. The following arrangements apply in this parking lot:

  • The parking lot may only be used by electric vehicles.
  • After the car is fully loaded at the fast chargers, the car must be moved immediately.
  • Initially, use a charging station that is not yet occupied and thus where both channels are still available.
  • Preferably use a charging station disk to indicate when your vehicle will be moved.

4. The parking lot with charging infrastructure is under camera surveillance. These images can be used to determine violations.

5. In case of loading problems, the emergency number 0800 18 774 can be called.

6. Rates:

  • For the rates listed below, the provider of the charging card used may charge additional fees. Details can be found with your service provider.
  • AC charging: €0.52/kWh (incl. VAT)
  • DC Charging: €0.52/kWh (incl. VAT)

7. Payment modalities:

  • The charging stations are equipped with an RF-ID reader that supports the charging cards of most EV service providers. There is no option to pay via credit card or cash.

8. Penalties for abuse or violation of loading deadlines:

  • Multiple violations of our terms and conditions may result in denial of use of the charging infrastructure.
  • If the vehicle must be towed, the cost will be charged to the driver of the vehicle.

9. Damage:

  • A.T.S. is not responsible for possible accidents, damage or theft. A.T.S. can in no case be considered as custodian.
  • In case of damage or other irregularities to the infrastructure caused by vandalism, wrong or abnormal use, A.T.S. will recover these costs from the person who caused the damage or irregularity.
