For our facility in Gent we are looking for a driven Technician Assembly.

Function

After a thorough training period (in our workshop), you will be engaged in our assembly team, where you will be responsible for :

• Preparation / pre-assembly of (vacuum) units in our workshop.
• Communication with the project engineer.
• Carrying out tests on the units under supervision.
• Proper inspection of finished parts before final assembly.
• You will work closely with the welder to anticipate potential problems during assembly.
• Perform assembly works of the vacuum units in our workshop with due attention to neat, tidy and cared for finish.

Profile

• You have a degree in electromechanics A2 or equivalent through experience.
• Small electrical wiring/connections do not scare you, but is not a must.
• Knowledge of pneumatics is a plus, as well as sealing technology.
• You will perform work mainly in our workshop at Gent. Occasionally abroad or with a domestic overnight stay.You like to combine teamwork with the necessary independence
• Initial work experience (preferably in an installation company) is an advantage
• Driving license B
